Nothing's Changed, Everything's Different
Brisbane Marketing has launched Nothing’s Changed. Everything’s Different, a new integrated campaign designed to drive visitation and increased visitor spend in Brisbane.
This campaign captures the essence of how Brisbane has evolved as a visitor destination, while the things that epitomise the city – locals’ friendliness, outdoor lifestyle, lack of pretention and relaxed pace of life – have not changed.
We are inspiring locals to embrace the changes underway in Brisbane. We hope to arouse their passion for the city, so that they share the new experiences on offer with visiting friends and relatives, a key segment that represents 35 per cent of our visitor economy.
Nothing’s Changed. Everything’s Different is an important step in our plan to make Brisbane a leading global tourism destination, as detailed in the Visitor Economy 2031: Vision for the Brisbane Region strategy. We are responding to industry calls for a local advocacy campaign that shares the Brisbane narrative with residents.
Phase two of the campaign will run in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide in April/May 2020.
